This site is run by the International Mountain Film Festival Association. This page explains what it collects, why, and how to stop it.
Nothing at all unless something breaks or you ask us to remember something. There is no advertising, no analytics, no tracking of what you read, and nothing is shared with anyone for marketing.
These are always present, because the site cannot function without them. They are not used to identify you.

Your own choices — the events you star in My program, and how you have filtered the schedule — are stored in your browser only. They never reach our servers, and clearing your browser data removes them.
If you agree, and only then, we collect information when something goes wrong while you are using the site:
The recording does not include text or images. It shows where things were on the page and what was pressed — not what the page said, and not anything you typed. Nothing is recorded while the site is working normally: only a session in which something actually failed.
We use this to find and fix faults, nothing else.
Some pages show trailers and other videos that are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. Until you press play, nothing is requested from them — what you see is a placeholder served by us, not the video player. No request is made to YouTube or Vimeo, and they are not told you visited the page.
If you do press play, the player is loaded from that provider, and from that moment they can see your IP address and may set their own cookies, exactly as if you had opened the video on their own site. What happens to that information is governed by their privacy policy, not this one — Google's for YouTube, Vimeo's for Vimeo. If you would rather not, do not press play; the rest of the page works without it.
The website and its error tracking run on servers located in Bulgaria, in the European Union. Error reports go to our own server — they are not sent to any analytics company or advertising network.
Traffic to the site is delivered through Cloudflare, which acts as a processor on our behalf and may handle it on servers outside the European Union.
Choose Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. You can turn error diagnostics off again at any time, as easily as you turned them on. Turning them off stops any further collection immediately.
When you send us a message or apply through a form on this site, we keep what you wrote so we can reply. It is used for that and nothing else.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to us at the address below and we will answer.
